Our Pregnant and Postpartum Women’s (PPW) Residential Treatment program provides women who live alone or with their non-adult children access to our full continuum of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services.
Our goal is to help pregnant and postpartum women living with SUD sustain recovery, improve their mental and physical health, strengthen family systems, and continue to help rebuild and transform lives.
FOR MOTHERS
- Inpatient and residential treatment
- Medication-assisted treatment
- Recovery support services (e.g., education and employment readiness)
- Prevention and harm reduction resources
FOR CHILDREN
Access to pediatric care and early childhood development services through our strategic partnerships with Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark Dept. of Health, and The Leaguer's, Inc.
FOR FAMILIES
Access to the Nurturing Program for Families in Substance Use Treatment & Recovery curriculum, where parents learn explore the effects on substance use on themselves and their families, and strengthen their recovery while building nurturing skills.
