New Care Associates’ mission is to serve families of the mentally disabled youth by utilizing systems to help keep the youth safely and actively involved within their community.
We accomplish this by teaching them sustainable self-sufficiency techniques along with mentoring to improve self-esteem and social development.
New Care Associates uses the Wraparound process when working with children & families. The Wraparound system focus on a planning process that follows steps to support children growing up in their homes and communities. By bringing people together from the child's family and other facilitators to create a model to support the families' situation.
New Care Associates is a Medicaid provider for support services only.
